Just completed some custom blues in our Dahlia Table Runner & Feather Cushion. These are heading to Doha, Qatar to brighten up Rowena's sandy landscape! Spring Cleaning Sale

We have just spruced up the Elkhorn studio so it's now tidy and shining as it will ever be! I felt like I needed to get the cleaning out of my system to welcome in the new! Nothing like a early spring clean and a bit of procrasting to help things get on their way. Hence we are having a mini sale

Labours of love...

 

 

I love making one-off cushions... not that all our cushions are not "one-off" and individual, as they are all handmade. But it's good to have a break from the norm... it helps keep me sane! I often have a few side projects on the go, mostly experiments & a mix up of our current designs. They do become a labour of love and sometimes it's hard to let them go... but one can only have so many cushions.
My favorite part is adding small touches of stitching, I love seeing natural cord next to sparkles of gold. Here are a few of my favs, some of which have already gone to a good home.

Anchors Aweigh!

"Anchors Aweigh" - Floor & Throw Cushions 100% Linen with Denim backing

Seeing as one half of Elkhorn is having a sneaky little holiday... I thought it would be appropriate to show off our "Anchors Aweigh" Cushions, as they remind me of the sea and easy days. For now they come in a large throw cushion 50x50cm and a relaxed floor cushion 70x70cm. The Anchor design is hand-printed in navy blue on beige 100% Linen, with a sturdy denim back and our favorite natural cord edging completing the sea worthy look.  Bon voyage for now.

Feather Cushion with custom Feather Table Runner on 100% Linen

We just posted a special order of homeware's for Jenny in Brisbane. Jenny loved our Feather Table Runner but required a smaller size for her table. So we were happy to custom make it. She also purchased our Feather Cushion to match, completing the collection. Jenny they will be with you shortly but for now here's a sneak peak... we hope you like them!
